Air prices depend on the season and the airline (Turkish Airlines, Delta, KLM, British Air, Air France and Lufthansa are available).We reserve group blocks of tickets and prices are very competitive.Group tickets have time limits and sooner one signs up, the better changes occur. Discounted air tickets are nonrefundable after they are issued. Insurance
Tour cancellation insure is highly recommended and we will send the necessary information to people who sign up. Personal travel and tour cancellation insurance companies.(If you have any pre-existing conditions,please contact the insurance company before booking the tour).Tour participants who choose not to be covered by the insurance will need to sign a release,which states that theyhave declined the tour cancellation insurance. Every effort will be made by Asorti Tourism to carry out all tours as planned. Hower, itineraries contained in this brochure are subjeckt to modifications and change.
Transportation Companies Clause
The passage contract in use by airlines and other transportation companies whose services are used in our tours shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of a tour and/or a passage. Asorti Tourism does not assume responsibility for cancellation fees of any special fares due to departureor itinerary changes. What is not included?

Cost of travel and tour cancellation insurance. Cancellations
Asorti Tourism reserves the right o cancel any tour prior to departure for any reason, including insufficient number of participants. If Asorti Tourism cancels a tour, participants will receive a full refund of money paind. Refund Policy Below will be strictly adhered to regardless of the reason for cancellation. A WRITTEN CANCELLATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL REFUNDS The following refund schedule will be based on the date we receive the written cancellation:
Up to 50 days prior to departure : Pbligatory service charge of $100 per person.
41-49 days prior to departure : Forfeiture of full deposit ($250 per person) and applicable airline penalty.
31-40 days prior to departure : Fortfeiture of full deposit, plus 25% of land costs and applicable airline penalty. (Discounted group airfare tickets are non-refundable after being issued.)
14-30 days prior to departure : Forfeiture of full deposit, plus 50% of land costs and applicable airline penalty or no air refund.
13 days to 72 hours prior to departure : Forfeiture of full deposit, plus 75% of land costs.
Less than 72 hours or during the tour : There will be no refunds.
Limitation of Liability
Asorti Tourism acts only as agent for the passangers in regard to transportations and / or all other related travel sevices as stated in the itinerary, and thus, assumes no lia bility for injury, delay, irregularty, loss or damage to person or property or additional costs resulting directly or indirectly from acts of God, detention, annoyance, weather,failure of any means of transportation to comply with schedules, quarantines, strikes, civildisturbances, theft, government regulations, discrepancies, and / or change in transit or hotel accommodations over which it has nocontrol, whether it aries out of or is incidental to the tour or other wise. Although it is very care, some reasonable changes in the posted itineraries and prices may be made any time when deemed advisable for the comfort and well-being of the passangers. Asorti Tourism can not accept responsibility for the property of or personal illnesses or injuries to tour participants during the course of the tour. We reserve the right to refuse to accept or retain any person as a tour participant should that person' s health or mental condition or physical infirmity or general demeanor impede the operation of the tour or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour passangers, and to refund only the unused land portion of the tour price.
